Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
- Cooking spray (for greasing)
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Prepare the baking sheets:
Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and coat them with cooking spray to prevent sticking.Make the meatball mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, grated onion, grated garlic, chopped parsley, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until everything is evenly combined.Form the meatballs:
Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 30 meatballs). Arrange them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving a little space between each meatball.Bake the meatballs:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).Serve:
Once baked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. They can be served as a main dish, in pasta, or with your favorite sauce.
